We can disable the Phishing Filter in Internet Explorer by editing the registry

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\PhishingFilter]
“ShownVerifyBalloon”=dword:00000003
“Enabled”=dword:00000000

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\PhishingFilter]

“Enabled”=dword:00000000
